These Offer Terms form part of your engagement together with the Engagement Letter.
Preparation and filing of your UAE Corporate Tax Return for the tax period, submitted through your own EmaraTax portal, plus summarized financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) and a PDF general ledger.
AED 1,799. Simplybooks is not currently registered for UAE VAT, so no VAT is added. If we become VAT-registered, VAT will apply as required by law.
Companies that are registered for UAE Corporate Tax, whose Corporate Tax return for the tax period ending 31 December 2025 is due by 30 September 2026 — whether it’s your first return or a subsequent one — and whose tax period contains 50 or fewer transactions. If any of these turns out not to apply, the offer is invalidated (see Refunds).
All information, documents, and EmaraTax access we need, complete and accurate, by 25 September 2026. We can’t guarantee on-time filing if information reaches us after that date.
This offer is subject to mandatory KYC/AML checks and is fully refundable if we’re unable to onboard you, except where a refund is restricted by anti-money-laundering law. If a refund is due because information you provided was incorrect and invalidated the offer — including more than 50 transactions — AED 100 is deducted to cover processing and review time. Once the return has been filed, the fee is non-refundable.
You complete the questionnaire, accept the Engagement Letter, and pay online. Onboarding and KYC/AML checks then begin, we verify your filing deadline and eligibility, and we start work. The engagement takes effect on acceptance and payment; if payment isn’t completed, no engagement arises.
Audit or assurance, VAT, transfer pricing, any Small Business Relief election, and legal advice. These can be arranged separately.
