You give us access to your accounting software (or we set it up from scratch), connect your bank feeds, and share receipts and invoices via a shared folder or our client portal. We then do all the coding, reconciliation, and reporting remotely. You get real-time access to your books at any time, from anywhere.
No. We work on Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo, and Wafeq — whichever suits your business best. If you're currently on spreadsheets or a different system, we'll migrate your data and set up a clean chart of accounts as part of your onboarding.
Typically within 5–7 business days from signing the engagement letter. We conduct a discovery call, review your existing records, and onboard you with a structured process that minimises disruption. If you have a pressing deadline — like an upcoming VAT return — we'll prioritise accordingly.
We can clean up prior-period backlogs as part of an initial catch-up engagement. We'll quote separately for this depending on volume and how far back we need to go. Many new clients come to us with months or even years of uncategorised transactions — we've seen it all.
