Try our VAT risk checkYour invoices become structured data that travels through an approved network and gets reported to the FTA. Here's what that means day to day.
Every in-scope business, whether sending or receiving invoices, must appoint a Ministry-accredited service provider to exchange e-invoices.
The UAE system runs on the Peppol standard. PDFs and emailed invoices won't count for B2B and B2G sales any more.
Invoice data is reported to the tax authority as you invoice, so your VAT records need to be clean all the time, not just at return time.
Customer TRNs, item descriptions and tax treatments need to be correct at source. Messy master data means rejected invoices.
Cloud accounting tools will connect to ASPs fairly easily. Spreadsheets and Word invoices won't.
It's not just invoices. Credit notes go through the same system, with the same rules.
We're not an ASP, and that's the point. We're independent, so we'll help you pick the provider that fits your size, software and budget rather than the one we're selling.
We check whether you're in scope, look at how you invoice today and give you a short, clear list of what needs fixing.
Customer TRNs, tax codes, item lists and VAT treatments get tidied up so your e-invoices don't bounce.
We'll move you onto cloud accounting if you need it and shortlist accredited providers that work with your setup.
We help connect everything, run test invoices before go-live and keep your VAT compliant afterwards.
Check VAT status, B2B/B2G sales and how invoices are produced today.
Fix customer and tax data, and move off spreadsheets if needed.
Look at pricing, integration with your software and archiving.
This is the hard deadline. Don't leave it to the last week.
Run test invoices and make sure your team knows the new flow.
All B2B and B2G invoices go out as e-invoices.
Tell us a bit about your business and we'll come back with where you stand and what to do before 31 March 2027.
